Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at salesmisse@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning an item. Our suggested couriers would be Aramex, DSV or The Courier Guy.
Please note: once you have submitted a request for an exchange you have 48 hours to return the item/respond to Miss E's Vintage.
Exchanges are final. Meaning once you have requested an exchange it may not be interchanged with a refund. Once we have received your item and are happy with the condition it is in then we will send you tracking details for the new item.

Items purchased during a sale (originally not on sale) are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the courier when sending the item/s back to us as well as the cost of sending the new item/s. We will only cover the cost of the courier once, when sending the initial purchase to you.
Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount of the item purchased (excl. shipping fee) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
We check all items before sending them to our customers. We ask you to please do the same. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items purchased during a Flash Sale that were originally on sale are not eligible for an exchange or return. Purchase is final.
